Items must be returned through Clean Water HK Limited and distributors (Where to buy - Clean Water HK Limited website) and must be replaced within seven days from the date of receipt.
The item to be replaced must be together with the original invoice.
The goods do not accept unreasonable requests for returns, and the damaged goods cannot be replaced.
Items can only be replaced once.
No refund will be accepted.
